Generally, the red core wire wears the R side ear shell while the green core wire or the blue core wire wears the L side ear shell. After knotting, ensure that the ear shell wires on both sides of the R/L are the same length, and the length of both sides should be less than or equal to 5mm.

Welding the horn: Correspond the red core wire, green core wire or blue core wire to the horn "+" pole welding, while the other yellow core wire is welded "-". Ensure the welding quality is not unacceptable such as cold welding, false welding, etc. Reversely connecting the core wire will reverse the phase of the earphone, causing sound divergence. Cold welding or virtual welding can cause poor contact or silence.

Check the solder joints: Focus on controlling problems such as reverse welding, welding quality, cold welding, and poor welding. Use a multimeter to pick out silent and poor short circuits to prevent defective products from flowing into the next project.

Performance test: Conduct electro-acoustic tests and earphone listening inspections to ensure that earphones meet standards before shipping to consumers.

Appearance Inspection: Focus on confirming major quality problems such as missing parts, mixed materials, and wrong materials. Other appearance problems also need to be checked.
